GREAT NEWS!!!

The SC Podiatry Scope of Practice Bill, H3622 has been passed by the General Assembly.  It is now awaiting the Governor’s signature.  THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to contact your legislators and come down to the Statehouse.  We, SCPMA, were able to make this monumental success happen!  We will be holding a forum at the SCPMA Annual Business meeting in Hilton Head to discuss the impact this new law will have on our profession as well as address any concerns and answer any questions anyone may have.  If you haven’t already signed up to be at the “Footprints in the Sand” Conference you still have time.  This one will be our best one yet!

In celebration of this monumental success we will be having an “Ankle’s Aweigh” Celebration Saturday evening, June 23rd from 6:00-10:00pm.  This event will be held in the Sabal Palm Room of the Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa.  There will be food, beverages, music and dancing! EVERYONE (DPMs and Vendors) IS INVITED TO ATTEND!
